Summary

Co-ordinated treatment or management plans for people with multimorbidity aim to ensure that a holistic approach is taken to their care that takes account of all present health conditions. HTW Researchers searched for evidence on the effectiveness of treatment or management plans for people with multimorbidity. The HTW Assessment Group decided not to progress this topic due to the large number of possible interventions and will explore whether a more specific setting can be identified.
