Store-and-forward teledermatology is the process in which patient information are sent as digital files to a clinician in a dermatology department.

Health Technology Wales researchers searched for evidence on the clinical and cost effectiveness of store-and-forward teledermatology for triage of primary care referrals.

Based on the evidence identified, HTW’s Assessment Group concluded not to progress this topic to evidence appraisal.
